Return Process

  Log into your Car101 account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in their initial packaging or a secure box, ensuring all fashion tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
